These general auction and user requirements of A Ideme-travel, s.r.o. regulate how to use our services, ways how to participate in them as well as how to connect relaxing way with the possibility to obtain for affordable price in form of entertainment your vacation, get together with friends or opportunity to rest in yet unknown locations of our beautiful homeland and in neighboring countries (coming soon in the near future).
Auctions
A ideme-travel, s.r.o. will present you in our auction website the widest possible offer increasing over the time with interesting accommodations in different categories, prices, wellness programs, ski resorts, mountain facilities, residential facilities near thermal pools, lakes, with river rafting, etc.
We are interested in cooperation with our various auction partners from the provider side to give you a cheapest holiday possible in the form of a game which is also in case of buy-it-now bidding for immediate purchase cheaper than thru direct sales.
As part of our auction winning vacation is not connected to the name or the winning bid, so you can use it as a gift for anniversaries, friend birthdays, bonus for outstanding working results of the staff.... In this case we can sent the voucher to the attention of your designated person at the address provided and with your dedication note.
The Bidder
The Bidder active on our auction website may be only person who will agree to the auction conditions acknowledge them and will be officially registered in the registration section and thus confirm his / her serious and strong interest in bidding with us. After registration process you will receive in your e-mail confirmation message with a password and further instructions.
The contractual relationship between A ideme-travel, s.r.o. and the bidder /auctioneer/ shall be governed by the provisions of the Act. No. 281/2001 as amended by Act no. 186/2006 and Civil Code No.. 40/1964. This relationship is valid by winning the auction when the bidder agrees with the conditions and conclusion of a contractual relationship
In the event that a bidder shall use defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable password, inaccurate, indecent or other statement, the administrator may deny such applicant to participate in our auction portal.
Participation in our auctions is free of charge.
Purchases will be done by bidding to a initial - starting price usually with 2€ increase in a specified time. It is also possible immediately buy auction by accepting the Buy-it-now offer.
After the end of bidding will auctioneer - in this time already confirmed buyer – as a person who offered the highest price for the auction - formal notice with its own code integrated in the system. The report will be sent to bidder’s own e-mail with the subject of a bidding price awarded, as well as the date and method of payment options.
Upon receipt of payment our company A Ideme-travel, s.r.o. will issue a winning voucher sent by registered mail to the address agreed in advance, enabling the winning person to use all the services listed on auction. Date of arrival needs to be directly negotiated by the bidder with service suppliers (hotel , camping ,...)
Based on valid legislation the auction ends with the online purchase by entering the maximum bid, which is winning, respectively. selecting the Buy-it-now price.
Requirement from the auctioneer - the buyer enrises a bilateral agreement in which both sides acknowledge that cancellation is not possible. This means that the purchaser owes the selling price, customer and vendor (in our case the landlord, respectively. provider) owes a coupon-valued at auction. Auctioneer - the buyer is bidding with this Act to commit the receipt of the invoice with the amount to be paid by no later than 14 (fourteen days).
In the event that the buyer refuses to pay on already bidding auction, buyer - bidder will accept to pay 10 Euro + VAT for our company as a processing fee. Like this we can again offer auction for bidding.
This paid amount will not be lost, since the adoption of this amount will be credited as a discount on your next purchase within our web site.
Better prevention against this rule is to offer long-term validity and transferability of voucher.
Winning voucher is a secured valuable coupon, respectively a payment instrument, which is personally approved by the management of tourism facilities. In case of a loss we cannot send you a new one. Also, winning voucher can not be replaced. Its validity is determined by agreement with the service provider and is listed on the winning voucher instructions.

A ideme-travel s.r.o is the sole informational mediator between our partner serving as a seller and you as a buyer, or auctioneer. This means that A ideme-travel s.r.o. offers services solely via web at its site www.aidemetravel.sk and helps to find providers and interested bidders, possible buyers of vacation, recreational housing, leisure activities, sport events ...
The indicated details of individual services and facilities (accommodation, travel, relaxation) on the website has been provided and agreed to be published directly by the providers who are also responsible for the correctness, accuracy and timeliness of data supplied, agreed bid price of individual services, as well as their frequency, maturity of the coupon - awarded voucher.
The bidder - auctioneer - as winning buyer is responsible to solve any claims to address of the facilities, then notify us on modifications or any troubles so that we can point out the defects of providers, or after several warnings to withdraw the provider from our program.
All personal information from bidders are strictly confidential, auctioneer - bidder agrees that the company A ideme-travel, s.r.o. processed these personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (Act No. 428/2002, as amended by the Act no. 363/2005) and these are valid for a period necessary to ensure the rights and obligations. Also, we honestly declare not to pass to the third parties or organizations. We will not collect any personal information from auctioneers and after registration is cancelled, all information about the registered person will be removed.
We only use the information which are urgently necessary to identify the auction, so we can notify the winners or bidders of the current offers from our site www.aidemetravel.sk so we can build and offer you our services and friendly cooperation.
To avoid any inconvenience never give your security code or a password to anyone and if you sign in to live auctions as a bidder, do not leave your computer unattended or out of sight, rather log off. Our system is set to automatically log off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
